The company was formed by the Patridge Family, with a combined 38+ years of tire and alignment experience and you can be assured that your investment is in good hands. Driven By Change
Safety – Whether it be cleaning and oiling studs and lugs, properly torqueing lug nuts, or centering your wheels on hubs, our mission is to make sure that your drivers and the public at large are safe. When we perform a survey, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. We check bearings, kingpins, steer tire runout, spring height, pressure, tread depth, and more.
Billing – Mobile technology that allows our fleet consultants to bill at the completion of service so that you can track expenses faster.
Repeatability – We work with your fleet managers to develop a profile that is right for your fleet and we serve that information directly to the work order and technician through a proprietary smartphone application.
Accountability – Each technician signs off on a work order and attaches applicable pictures to demonstrate the completion of a task.
Reliability – All surveys, work orders, competition certificates, and fleet profiles are archived to our server farm so that we can analyze change in your fleet over time.
Integrity – When we leave a truck, it looks better than when we showed up. We properly clean any surfaces that get covered in grease whether that is studs, rims, or the side of the truck.
